More often than not, the Mother is given credit and importance when it comes to a parent-child relation, but one often tends to undermine the role of a father. So much so that, most of the television programming is also skewed towards the lady of the house and concentrates on their involvement. It is this fact that prompted to take a look at this wonderful father-child relation and make it more fun and exciting in the form of a game show

Daddy No.1 was conceived keeping in mind the fact that every father is a kind of a “Super Hero” in the eyes of his child. The challenges are also clever, well-designed, extremely engaging and facilitates a lot of interaction and co-ordination between the child and the father. Daddy No.1 is fun, goofy and is great viewing for all ages and the entire family

The show hosted by popular artiste Anirudh, is for fathers and their children who are in the age group of 7 – 12 yrs. Out of the 128 teams selected through auditions, 32 teams will enter the quarter finals, 8 teams to the semis and 4 to the finals. During the first few episodes of preliminary rounds, 4 teams participate in every episode and one team moves to the quarter finals. Similarly the teams that get selected from the quarters move to the semis and eventually there will be 4 teams participating in the finals and vying for the title of “Karnataka’s No.1 Daddy”

After Huge Success and great response from the viewers of RUCHI ABHI RUCHI Area Challenge concept, aired in ZEE KANNADA Channel, Now it is showing the sequel for the last series ‘Bangalore cookery Queen’. From all the areas of Bangalore total 13 cookery experts where selected for the ‘Bangalore Queen’ contest. The official sponsors for the program is Prestige Smart Kitchen and so the name “PRESTIGE RUCHI ABHIRUCHI BANGALORE QUEEN”

To start with we are conducting the auditions in all the areas of Bangalore, wherein we have invited the residents (women) of the particular areas to participate in the audition centers pertaining to that area and a public personality will be judging the contestant’s recipes and will finalize 5 contestants to take part in the show. In “Bangalore cookery Queen” show we have celebrity guests like Bhavyashree Rai, Malathi Saradeshapande, B.K.Sumithra.

This show is telecasting on every Monday to Sunday at 1.00pm. Every day one participant will show her talent in cookery by ingredients given by the judges. Finally out of Thirteen, Eight talents will be selected for the quarter final. In them four members will be selected for final. The winner in the final session will be felicitated by the title ‘Bangalore Cookery Queen’ and will be given loads of Prizes.

Zee Kannada is launching a very emotional and sentimental talk show “BADUKU JATAKAABANDI”. The show hosted by the much admired actress Malavika, will be telecast from May 25th, every Monday to Friday at 7.00pm on Zee Kannada.

Baduku Jatakabandi is a reality show of kinds, but it is all about REAL people, REAL events, REAL emotions and REAL judgments. As the title suggests, the programme is about life that is metaphorically compared to a bullock cart. The title is inspired by a famous poem from DVGs Mankutimmana Kagga, which goes on to say “Baduku Jatakaabandi, vidhi adara saaheba” “life is a bullock cart and fate is its charioteer”

Baduku Jatakaabandi aims to bring to light and fearlessly expose hitherto unmentionable and taboo subjects such as homosexuality, widow remarriage, adultery, physical and emotional abuse at the work place, domestic violence, missing people, medical negligence, adolescent issues, etc and it also acts as a redress forum for many of the victims. The show will also feature stories of celebrities occasionally. The objective of the show is to stir the emotions, awaken consciences, create a tremendous impact and set the viewers thinking, so as to get them to speak out.

The host of the show, Malavika Avinash said, “This programme strives to unfold real incidents that have occurred in the lives of the people and is a platform for all those who want to share their emotional and heart wrenching tales without any reservations. The show personally is a challenging task for me as everything here is REAL and not acting”

“In each episode a specific case is chosen and the issue is established. Once the issue is established, those involved with it will be featured on the show. It gives audience a chance to stand witness to the many faces of truth and reality.
