Devaki Niranjan, 26 year old good looking girl is working for a call centre in Bangalore, lives in a PG accommodation with two others. She has a love affair with Vasan, who is working for some IT company. With him around her, she believes there is only one happiness in life, to love and be loved.

While the odd work hours of the call centre and disturbing sleep-awake pattern take toll of their love life, Vasan gets an offer from American Company. That is a life time opportunity for him and Devaki feels her lover should not miss out. But to settle few things before flying to America, Vasan desperately needs money. Coming from a poor family Vasan struggles to find the way out while Devaki tries in desperation for money.

At the same time, in another part of Bangalore, there is a married couple (Yashodha 32 and Nandakumar 33). All is well in their family. Money, position, love and everything! Except Children. Left with no choice, the couple go looking for a surrogate mother.

Desperations meet somewhere!

Devaki Niranjan becomes surrogate mother for Yashodha to get money for her lover.

But how long will that LOVE that she has sacrificed for stay? How long will she be able to hide the truth from this same LOVE of her life? How long can Yashodhara bear to have another women staying in her house? How long will Devaki remain unattached to the baby she is going to deliver? What about all the other people connected to their lives?
